This class is taught by an MMA fighter and designed as a quick and intense workout, its unique and challenging and unlike many bootcamps or fitness regimes this taught by an athlete who is qualified and professional. He knows your limits and wants to ensure you work hard but safely.

Each class is unique, you will train the same methods used by MMA fighters and other combat athletes. During a workout you will use a variety of equipment including military ropes, resistance equipment,kettle bells, free weights, to name a few.
