Hatha yoga involves a series of postures, or Asanas, intended to align your muscles, skin and bones. Through Yoga training you change your physical and mental capacity quickly. It is preparing the mind and body for long-term health. Yoga can increase your flexibility, range of motion and strength as well as enhance your balance, leaving you with a higher fitness level and reduced risk of injuries. Emotionally it can reduce stress and bring you into a clearer state of mental well being.
Yoga classes are open to all fitness,strength, flexibility and athletic ability.
In our classes you will be learning Yoga the traditional Indian way under Mahesh who has been doing Yoga for over 8 years and is certified and been a personal student under Swamiji Anand Giri from India.
These classes are open to everyone! Males and Females, All fitness and strength levels. For those training in Martial Arts it is a great addition to your training as strength, balance, flexibility, breathing, core strength are all requirements in Martial Arts.
Our classes once a week will give you a good base to learn correct yoga techniques and training so that you can take it away and practice in your own time. All you need is a quiet place, about thirty minutes a day and comfortable clothing.
